Pope Francis died on Easter Monday, April 21, 2025, at 7:35 am.
Upon hearing the news of his death, we invite all the friends of our Observatory and those who follow our activity in any capacity to pray for his soul, that almighty and merciful God may allow him to see his Face.
Let us pray for the Pontificate, a divine institution so fundamental to the life of the Church, so that uncertainties and difficulties in this regard may be overcome and in the Church, with the support of the Holy Spirit, the awareness of his great dignity for the salvation of souls may always be maintained.
Let us also pray for the Church, which at this moment is not only passing from one Pontiff to another, but is also experiencing an unprecedented difficult crisis of faith.
